The official language of the Conference is English unless otherwise specified in the programme.

Letter of invitation is available upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support, unless otherwise specified by the organizer.

Upon registration, each delegate will receive an identification badge. Delegates must wear their identification badges at all times during the Conference period. For security purposes, admission to the meeting rooms will be limited to those wearing identification badges.

Certificate of Attendance will be distributed to registered participants upon collection of registration materials at the Registration Desk.
